- Email address (for waitlist and communications)
- Firm name and role (for pilot onboarding)
- Pitch deck files (PDF) uploaded for analysis
- Voice session recordings (only when you run a pitch session)
- Usage data to improve the product
2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data solely for:
- Providing and improving PerPitch services
- Sending product updates and relevant communications
- Processing your requests (demos, waitlist, support)
- Analyzing pitch sessions to generate IC memos and insights
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Limited exceptions for service delivery:
- LiveKit (voice session infrastructure)
- Azure/OpenAI (AI processing for analysis)
- Vercel (hosting infrastructure)
All partners are bound by data processing agreements and cannot use your data for their own purposes.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
- Access controls and authentication
- Regular security audits and monitoring
- Secure data deletion upon request
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of marketing communications
6. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary:
- Waitlist emails: Until you unsubscribe or we launch
- Pilot user data: As long as your account is active + 90 days
- Pitch session data: Until you delete it or your account is inactive for 12 months
7. Children's Privacy
PerPitch is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
